I am proud to serve as the principal of Taft Intermediate. Taft is a school where relationships matter and where students are encouraged to work hard, take responsibility, and grow each day. Our staff is committed to creating a learning environment that is welcoming, consistent, and focused on helping students succeed.
We value strong partnerships with families and believe that open communication and collaboration play an important role in student success. Together, we work to support students both academically and socially as they prepare for the next steps in their learning.

Amanda Young
I am excited to join the Elementary team as your new Assistant Principal! I am here to support both our students and staff as they grow, learn, and thrive. While I travel between multiple buildings in the district, I look forward to being a part of the Ashland City Schools community and helping in any way I can. I also serve as the District Nurse.
I can’t wait to get to know our students, families, and staff, and to celebrate all the learning and successes that lie ahead.
